2. Provision of the Website

When you access the website, technically necessary log data may be processed, in particular the IP address, the time of access, the page requested, the referrer, and browser and operating-system information. This processing serves to provide the website securely and without disruption. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in security, stability, and error analysis.

3. Contact Form and Enquiries

When you use the form, we process your name, email address, company, any website you provide, your message, the consent status, and technical transmission data. This information is used to handle your enquiry and to contact you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, insofar as your enquiry is aimed at a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

For the technical processing we use Make, Google Sheets, and Gmail, as well as Brevo for the acknowledgement of receipt. These providers process the data on our behalf or within their own responsibility. We delete enquiry data as soon as it is no longer needed for processing or for statutory retention obligations.

4. Appointment Booking via Cal.eu

The booking service Cal.eu is only loaded once you click the booking button. In doing so, a connection to Cal.com may be established and technical data such as your IP address may be processed. When you book an appointment, Cal.com processes the appointment and contact data you enter. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, for pre-contractual communication, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. 5. Recipients and Third-Country Transfers

To provide and operate the service, we may use technical service providers for hosting, automation, email, and appointment booking. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, this only takes place on the basis of the statutory requirements, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards like the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Storage Period

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or for as long as statutory retention obligations exist. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.
